Lake Louise State Recreation Area is comprised of two campgrounds, Army Point and Lake Louise.  The U.S. Army established this facility at the end of WW II building the first road into the area, there are still remains of the first Army cabins, one was used by Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower for four days before he was president.  The campground has 62 campsites, a caravan area, boat launch, toilets, water, picnic pavilion and a hiking trail.  The lake has year round fishing and sports four species of fish:  lake trout, whitefish, burbot and arctic grayling.  Camping ($15), Boat Launch ($10), Daily Parking ($5) Free parking of vehicle and boat trailer with a boat launch at Army Point Lot #1
