We hope you chose to join us! Membership is currently limited to property owners or to residents who hold a valid rental agreement or lease and are 18 years of age or older.  LSTCA dues run from July 1st to June 30th of the following year. Current membership is required for voting in the annual meeting. Membership will also allow access to the member directory and member forums. Thanks. Our hope is that online payment for membership will prove to be easier for both members and the board. If online payment does not work for you, a membership application form can be found here.
